Kelvin Seabrooks (born March 10, 1963 in Charlotte, North Carolina) was an American boxer who won the International Boxing Federation bantamweight title and defended it two times. Seabrooks turned professional in 1981 and captured the IBF bantamweight title in 1987 with a TKO win over Thierry Jacob, a fight in which Seabrooks was down three times.
