Kent Beyda

Kent Beyda is an American film editor who is noted particularly for his work on animated films. Kent Beyda is an American film editor who is noted particularly for his work on animated films. He has been attached to two Flintstones films, two Scooby-Doo films, Gremlins 2: The New Batch, Saturday the 14th, The Out-of-Towners, Mr. Magoo, Humanoids from the Deep, Forget Paris and Fright Night. He has been selected as a member of the American Cinema Editors and of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. In September 2009, Beyda took part in “Editing for Animation,” the second part of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences “Perspectives in Editing” series.
