Kentlake High School is a public high school, of more than 2,000 students in Kent, Washington, USA. It is part of the Kent School District.
Kentlake High School was designed by the architectural firm Burr Lawrence Rising and Bates and built in 1998. Built to accommodate 1600 students, the brick-exterior, two story facility has 232,000 square feet (21,600 m) for student use. Under a cooperative agreement with King County Parks, an adjacent 10-acre (40,000 m) site provides additional fields for Kentlake's athletic programs.
Kentlake welcomed its first student body, the classes of 1999 and 2000 in grades 10-11, when it opened on September 2, 1998. Kentlake was transformed into an grades 9-12 during the 2004-2005 school years.
