Kermit Driscoll

Kermit Driscoll (born March 4, 1956) is a jazz bassist perhaps best known for his long association with guitarist Bill Frisell. He was born in Kearney, Nebraska. At age 5, Driscoll began playing piano, and picked up the electric bass at 13. In 1974, he enrolled at the University of Miami, where he studied with Jaco Pastorius.
