Previously, Bleyer was a writer and producer for "Dennis Miller," "Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher," and the critically-acclaimed Bravo series "Significant Others." He created and executive produced the Showtime pilot "Nightly," in which he was also featured as an on-air correspondent. An occasional commentator for National Public Radio, Bleyer was among the first contributors chosen to launch The Huffington Post and has written for Details and other magazines.
He was profiled by Charlie Rose in 2007.
A graduate of Stanford University, he currently lives in New York.
