Morbid Records fell apart shortly after the release of Killing On Adrenaline, leaving the band label-less for a certain period of time. By 2000, they had signed to Relapse Records, who have a long tradition in underground heavy metal music.
The song "We Are Your Enemy" has been praised by the likes of Serj Tankian (System of a Down) and Zack de la Rocha (Rage Against the Machine) for its hard-hitting political stance against the United States Government.
