Ron Stoppable is looking forward to a new school year, until he learns that his family is moving because his mother received a job promotion from "Miss Ogehs" - to Norway. Meanwhile, Lord Monkey Fist convinces Doctor Drakken, Shego, and Duff Killigan to help him find all of the pieces of the Tempus Simia idol, which would enable them to travel through time and finally rule the world.
