Lavrinovič has also been a member of the senior Lithuanian national basketball team. With Lithuania's national team he has played at the: EuroBasket 2003, the 2004 Summer Olympic Games, the EuroBasket 2005, the 2006 FIBA World Championship, the EuroBasket 2007, the 2008 Summer Olympic Games, the EuroBasket 2009, and the EuroBasket 2011. He helped Lithuania win the gold medal at the EuroBasket 2003 and the bronze medal at the EuroBasket 2007.
Lavrinovič's wife is the 2004 Miss Russia, Tatyana Sidorchuk. In 1999, Lavrinovič was sent to prison in Pravieniškės, Lithuania on rape charges.
