Perrone was appointed Vice President Finance and CFO for Omneon
Video Networks in September 2003. Perrone brings over twenty years of
senior financial management experience in high technology companies to
Omneon.

Trilogy, Ltd and ELXSI, a scientific computer systems company and held
managerial positions with Pitney Bowes/Dictaphone Corporation. Perrone
holds a B. S. in Economics from the University of San Francisco.
