London was born in Los Angeles, California to an African American mother and a caucasian Jewish father. London's love for acting began to develop while she was still in junior high, though she was homeschooled from her sophomore to senior years in high school. London began her career making appearances in music videos by artists such as Ludacris, Pharrell, and Snoop Dogg.
