Laurent Robinson (born May 20, 1985 in Fort Lewis, Washington) is an American football wide receiver for the St. Louis Rams of the National Football League. Laurent Robinson (born May 20, 1985 in Fort Lewis, Washington) is an American football wide receiver for the St. Louis Rams of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Illinois State. Robinson attended Rockledge High School, Florida. He caught 55 passes for 903 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior and was All-Space Coast and honorable mention All-State as well as All-Conference. As a junior, recorded six catches for 70 yards and one touchdown Rockledge won the Florida State championship both seasons with identical 14-1 records. Robinson was a four-year member of the football, basketball and track teams and became a regular starter on football and basketball teams junior and senior seasons. While at Illinois State, Robinson accumulated 192 career receptions (a school record) while contributing with 3,007 yards and 29 touchdowns.
