Traxster began his career in the rap duo "D to tha S", releasing two maxi-singles, "Doomsday" (1994) and "My Brothaz Keepa" (1996). He is best known as producer for rapper Twista and rap group Do or Die, producing several albums including the platinum-selling Picture This. Picture This is notable for introducing Twista to the mainstream, particularly on the album's centerpiece "Po Pimp". Twista also figures prominently on other Traxster beats on the album, including "Money Flow" and "Paperchase". Traxster also produced Twista’s Adrenaline Rush in its entirety, six tracks on his 2009 release Category F5 and ten tracks on his 2010 album The Perfect Storm.
