After being spurned by a woman, Arthur Parks decides to change his life, and created wrist-mounted laser units and a costume, becoming the "Living Laser". After appearing in Avengers #34 - 35 (Nov. - Dec. 1966), the Laser reappeared in Avengers King-Size Special #1 (Sep. 1967).
