Lone Peak offers several Honor classes and 22 out of 30 available AP courses throughout the year, as well as several off-campus classes at different colleges such as BYU, University of Utah, UVU, and several business and technical colleges.
Lone Peak currently sponsors these interscholastic teams through its athletic department for both young men and women: basketball, cross country, soccer, swimming, tennis, golf, and track and field. For boys there are teams competing in baseball, football, and wrestling. Girls may also compete in cheerleading, drill team, softball, and volleyball.
