Menconi was one of the several Playmates who were pregnant at the time of her shoot. That was not mentioned in her Playmate article, nor was it mentioned that she was married - both common occurrences at the time, when biographical details about Playmates were obscured or enhanced by the magazine. She went on to land a job at a veterinarian's clinic and later on went into sales; she also raised four children. One of those children, Ashlee Ricci, posed nude for the Playboy.com "Playmate Daughters" feature in March 2008.
