Lucien Victor (June 28, 1931 in Oekene – September 17, 1995 in Sedan, France) was a road racing cyclist from Belgium, who won the gold medal in the men's team road race, alongside André Noyelle and Robert Grondelaers. He was a professional rider from 1953 to 1956.
