The only other Kershaw County School District high school is North Central High School, which is not that big of a rival to Lugoff-Elgin High School as Camden High School is. Lugoff, SC is where Lugoff-Elgin High School is located. As of right now, the principal is Mr. Tommy Gladden and there are four assistant principals who are each assigned to different students according to their last name.
