Robert Lynn Bomar (January 21, 1901 – June 11, 1964) was an American football end in the National Football League. He played college football for Vanderbilt University and was an All-American in 1923. He went on to play for the New York Giants in 1925 and 1926.
He became state safety commissioner and in 1946 supervised the ransacking of black households in the Columbia Race Riots. He later went on to become warden of Tennessee State Prison.
