The Municipality of Makrakomi, ancient forms: Makra Kome, Makrakome and Macra Come, is a municipality in the western part of the Fthiotis prefecture in Greece. In 2001 its population was assessed as 7,173 (3,691 male, 3,482 female). Makrakomi is linked with the GR-38 (Agrinio - Evrytania - Lamia) and serves roads to the northwestern part and to Spercheiada.
