Manuel Murillo Toro

Manuel Murillo Toro (1816 - 1880) was a Colombian politician and statesman, who served as President of the United States of Colombia (present day Colombia) on two occasions, first from 1864 to 1866, and again between 1872 and 1874. Manuel Murillo Toro also served as Secretary of Finance during the administration of President José Hilario López, and as ambassador to Venezuela and the United States.
