Currently a staff songwriter and producer at Jermaine Dupri's So So Def Recordings, Manuel Seal, Jr. has co-written many hit songs including Usher's "You Make Me Wanna", "Nice and Slow", "My Way", "Destiny's Child", "With Me", "My Boo"; and Mariah Carey's number one singles "Always Be My Baby" and "We Belong Together."
