March 2002 Islamabad church bombing

On March 17, 2002, the International Protestant Church located in a diplomatic enclave of Islamabad was attacked by two assailants during the 11 a.m. church service. Five people were killed and approximately 40 people injured - mostly expatriates. One assailant was killed.
