Maria Sofia of the Palatinate, also of Neuburg (6 August 1666 – 4 August 1699), was the German queen consort of King Peter II of Portugal after the death of his first queen, Maria Francisca. She was a daughter of Philipp Wilhelm, Elector Palatine and his wife Elisabeth Amalie of Hesse-Darmstadt, and as such from the house of Wittelsbach.
