Mary Lee Woods

Mary Lee Woods is a British mathematician who worked in the team that developed the Manchester Mark 1 computer at the University of Manchester, England. She is married to Conway Berners-Lee, also in the team. Their son, Sir Tim Berners-Lee, one of the first to be a second-generation computer scientist (although trained as a physicist), went on to invent the World Wide Web.
