Matrix Games

Matrix Games is a publisher of computer games, specifically strategy games and wargames. They are based out of Staten Island, New York. Their focus is primarily on war games and turn-based strategy but the company is by no means limited to the wargaming market. Matrix Games boasts an eclectic product line-up which ranges from space sims (Starshatter - The Gathering Storm) , to sports management sims (Maximum-Football), and real-time strategy titles (Close Combat - Cross of Iron). Like their game titles, Matrix Games also has a wide variety of developers that it publishes for. Venerable wargame developers like SSG, 2by3 Games, and Panther Games as well as innovators and up-and-coming companies like Koios Works, Destroyer Studios, and Western-Civilization round out the ever-growing list of Matrix developers.
