merge topic stalls

I tried to flag "Scientology" for merge with "Church of Scientology".  I selected "merge with other topic" from the flag dropdown.  The "wait circle" popped up and never went away.  I was never given an opportunity to specify which topic I wanted to merge wth. This bug appears to be reproducable, on the "Scientology" topic at least. Using Firefox on Mac OSX. more
