Michael Culver (born 16 June 1938) is an English actor, best known to television viewers for his role as Major Erwin Brandt in the 1970s BBC drama Secret Army. He also played the strict Prior Robert ("Brother Prior") in the television series Cadfael. He appeared in the 1985 TV movie Marple: The Moving Finger as Edward Symmington.

He was born in Hampstead, London, the son of Daphne Rye and actor Roland Culver. Culver is also well remembered by fans of the Star Wars film saga for playing Captain Needa in The Empire Strikes Back. He also played the part of Squire Armstrong in the television series, "The Adventures of Black Beauty", and played a major part in A Passage to India as a bigoted police inspector. In 2008, he appeared in a guest role in Sidetracked, the first episode of Wallander.
In 1986 he appeared as Sir Reginald Musgrave, in the episode "The Musgrave Ritual" in the Granada television series "The Return of Sherlock Holmes", with Jeremy Brett as Sherlock Holmes.
