Michael John "Mike" Minogue (October 2, 1923 – November 27, 2008) was a National Party politician, lawyer and mayor. He was Mayor of Hamilton, New Zealand between 1968 and 1976, when he resigned to become a Member of Parliament. He strongly opposed the policies of his own party's leader, Robert Muldoon because of his classical liberal beliefs.
