Louis and Eddie, two young and naￃﾯve New Yorkers plan to smuggle cocaine from Colombia to Miami because they want to earn money to start their own nightclub, when they are stopped by Crockett and Tubbs before they go to Colombia. They are warned not to go ahead with their plans, but they do anyway.
When Louis and Eddie return to Miami, they are arrested by Crockett and Tubbs. They are offered freedom if they help them arrest the Moya brothers, the plot organizers. Louis and Eddie agree. One of the Moya brothers is killed at the arrest, but the other one escapes.
When the New Yorkers are escorted to the airport to return to New York, Moya shows and shoots them. Eddie is killed before Crockett and Tubbs shoot Moya.
