Miracle on 3rd or 4th Street is the twelfth episode from the first season of American sitcom Frasier. After looking forward to spending Christmas with Frederick and the rest of the family up at an actual log cabin, Lilith informs Frasier that Frederick has a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit Austria, see Julie Andrews and have dinner with her (The Sound of Music is Frederick's favorite movie). This leads to a row with his father and he ends up deciding to stay at home for Christmas and do the noon - 4pm slot on KACL that Bulldog has been trying to get someone to fill. After quite a depressing show, he ends up at 'Lou's Place' where a lot of homeless people go for their Christmas meal. Having eaten, he realizes he has left his wallet at the station but the others don't believe him and they have a whipround for him, leaving Frasier feeling very humbled.
