Also in the mid-90's, during the milkcap craze, Schauer drew many illustrations of the Pogman, a gangly, orange-furred, purple-nosed caveman-like character, for the World POG Federation. At Hanna-Barbera/Cartoon Network Studios, Schauer drew storyboards for SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. In 1995 he produced Freakazoid! for the first season only. In 1997, he created his own show, The Angry Beavers, which was by far his most popular project, but was cancelled amid controversy in 2001. Little is known about Schauer other than that he has two daughters. In his show, The Angry Beavers, he named Norbert and Daggett's little sisters after his two daughters, Stacy and Chelsea.
