Moe Z. Win is an American mathematicians and electrical engineer known for his work in wireless communications. He is currently associate professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was elected IEEE Fellow in 2004 for contributions to wideband wireless transmission . In 2006 he was co-recipient (with Professor Robert A.
