J.D. has to deal with his growing feelings for Elliot after they stop being sex buddies; he tries seeing Lisa again which raises tension between them. Dr. Kelso teaches Turk a lesson about the small lies their patients tell them. Dr. Cox ignores the symptoms of a hypochondriac patient, and in an attempt to scare him into not coming back, gives him the choice of leaving, or under going a painful procedure to check his bone marrow.
