As a member of the ACC, the Wolfpack have won ten conference championships and two national championships. Their unexpected 1983 title was one of the most memorable in NCAA history.
Since 1999, the Wolfpack have played most of their home games in the RBC Center.
NC State began varsity intercollegiate competition in men's basketball in 1911. In 97 years of play, the Wolfpack rank 24th in total victories among NCAA Division I college basketball programs and 26th in winning percentage among programs with at least 25 years in Division I. The team's all-time record is 1503-894 (.627).
