Neal D. Goldman is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Legal Officer. He heads the legal department, acts as corporate secretary and directs 3Com's intellectual property program.
Neal also leads the company’s management services function. This comprises security, environmental, health and safety (SEHS); worldwide real estate and site services (WRESS); executive communications; and corporate program management. Corporate program management drives key initiatives that benefit from senior staff sponsorship and cross-functional coordination of significant projects.
Before coming to 3Com in 2003, Neal was employed at Polaroid Corporation, where he served as Executive Vice President Business Development and Chief Legal Officer. He began his career over 25 years ago at Data General Corporation and has held a variety of senior and executive level business and legal positions including general counsel with Lotus Development Corporation, Nets Inc. and Polaroid Corporation.
Neal graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University and went on to receive a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 1976.
