Neverblue is a global Performance Based CPA (Cost Per Action) Network. Neverblue was started in 2004 by four partners (Todd Dunlop, Jordan Visco, Dave Arnsdorf and Greg Bate). The company was purchased in Feb 2007 by Vertrue Inc. and now acts as a wholly-owned subsidiary based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Neverblue has over 500 customers including IAC/InterActiveCorp, LendingTree, eHarmony, Bidz.com, Miva, and Flycell.
