The New Japan Philharmonic (新日本フィルハーモニー交響楽団, Shin Nihon Firuhāmonī Kōkyōgakudan) is a symphony orchestra based in Tokyo, Japan. It was founded in 1972 with Seiji Ozawa as honorary conductor laureate.
