Fiscella started modeling in 2005, under New York Model Management. She has appeared on the covers of various beauty and fashion magazines, including Elle and Cosmopolitan, as she has also featured in campaigns for Pantene and GAP Body. Fiscella bagged the role of Isabel Coates, a "friend"/sidekick of Blair Waldorf and a part of the insider clique in The CW's Gossip Girl in March 2007.
