NOM (ﾝﾞﾜ, ﾝﾵﾄﾾﾀﾼﾰﾻﾌﾽﾾﾵ ﾞﾱﾊﾵﾴﾸﾽﾵﾽﾸﾵ ﾜﾾﾻﾾﾴﾵﾶﾸ, Russian for Informal Youth Union) is a Russan experimental rock group, popular since early 90's. Their work was similar to that of the Residents in many ways. It is often sprinkled with a liberal amount of Russian mat.
