The size of the 'comet' is about 2300 kilometers in diameter - far larger than any comet or asteroid that actually exists. The 36 inhabitants of Gallia include a German Jew, an Italian, three Frenchmen, eight Russians, 10 Spaniards, and 13 British soldiers.
