A soldier with severe morale problems due to his very large nose wants a nose job, in violation of army regulations. Not known to pay attention to regulations, Hawkeye and Trapper launch a huge scheme to bring an esteemed plastic surgeon to the camp to give the nose job, while simultaneously deceiving Frank Burns and Major Houlihan.
