Orlando Brown (born December 3, 1987) is an American actor and musician . Orlando Brown started off many of his roles as a young child including; 3J in Family Matters, Eddie Thomas in That's So Raven, Tiger in Major Payne, and Nelson in The Jamie Foxx Show.
