Otto von Kotzebue (Russian Отто Евстафьевич Коцебу, Otto Evstaf'evič Kocebu) (December 30, 1787 – February 15, 1846) was a Baltic German navigator in Russian service. The second son of August von Kotzebue, he was born at Reval (now Tallinn, Estonia), then part of the Russian Empire.
