He is the grandson of the tobacco company founder, R. J. Reynolds, and speaks of how he believes his family business has killed millions, including his own father and brother. A passionate adversary of the tobacco industry, he is in demand world-wide as a speaker on the subject of the dangers of smoking. He founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to spreading his anti-tobacco message internationally. Reynolds was hired by the Health Ministry of Greece to speak against smoking in that country.
He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Alexandra and their son Jack, born October 23, 2009.
