Patton Oswalt (born January 27, 1969) is an American stand-up comedian, writer and actor.
Oswalt was born in Portsmouth, Virginia, to Carla and Larry J. Oswalt. He grew up in Sterling, Virginia and is a 1987 graduate of Broad Run High School in Ashburn, Virginia.
