Paul Conrad

Paul Francis Conrad (born June 27, 1924) is an American political cartoonist. He was chief editorial cartoonist for the Los Angeles Times from 1964 to 1993 and had been syndicated to hundreds of newspapers worldwide. He earned the Pulitzer Prize for editorial cartooning in 1964, 1971 and 1984.
