At present, he is a director of 3Jam, Actions Semi (NASDAQ: ACTS), Boingo Wireless, DreamFactory, Jentro, and Luminary Micro. Prior to joining NEA, Paul was co-founder and VP of Marketing at Mazu Networks, a company backed by Matrix Partners, Greylock, and Benchmark Capital. In the mid-1990’s, Paul helped start McKinsey & Company’s China technology practice. He began his career as an engineer at Medtronic, working on implantable medical devices. Paul received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
