PDF Content-type is wrong

http://www.freebase.com/view/documentation/DevelopingMetawebApps.pdf is sent by the server with Content-type text/html, and therefore shows up as gibberish in my browser window rather than triggering the appropriate outside viewer. This should just be a matter of adjusting httpd.conf.
