Peter Olsson was the original bassist in the Swedish hard rock band Force, which would later change its name to Europe. Olsson formed Force in Upplands Väsby in 1979, together with vocalist and keyboardist Joey Tempest, guitarist John Norum and drummer Tony Reno.
