Peter Pevensie (1927 - 1949) is a major fictional character in the children's fantasy series The Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis. Peter appears in four of the seven books; in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and Prince Caspian, he is a principal child character, and in The Horse and His Boy and The Last Battle, he is an adult. He is also mentioned in The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
